Nant y Pandy parkrun is a fun, free and friendly 5k walk, jog, run or volunteer opportunity held at Nant y Pandy Nature Reserve at 9am on every Saturday.  It is open to all ages and abilities and organised entirely by volunteers at event level, but with a global organisation in support.
