Local Asset Co-Ordinator

My name is Rhian Hughes and I am a Local Asset co-Ordinator, I have worked part time with Medrwn Môn since February 2022, covering the Twrcelyn, Talybolion, Canolbarth/Cefni and Lligwy area.

In my role I support children and adults to reconnect them to others in their community to improve their overall wellbeing.

I also help with organising community let activities/organising for people to get together – befriending within their community.

I enjoy working at Medrwn Môn as we are very much Community based. Having worked as a volunteer for many years with different projects, I can totally appreciate the work that is involved.
