Local Asset Coordinator
Hi, my name is Eldra and I’m a Local Asset Coordinator (LAC) for the Holyhead and surrounding area.
My role is to support people who may be experiencing social isolation, low confidence, physical health challenges or simply need a little extra information and guidance to improve their wellbeing.
I help people to discover local activities, groups, services and opportunities that match their interests and needs, with the aim of helping them feel more connected, confident and independent within their community.
I really enjoy meeting new people, getting to know what matters to them and helping them find the right support and opportunities in their local area.
