We provide mental health support to all through Mind Mechanics workshops in classrooms, through Forest School and Beach School activity.

We are a highly experienced multi professional team who deliver a range of psychoeducational workshops teaching emotional self regulation. We work through Council and Health Board contracts or grant funding. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
