Local Asset Co-Ordinator

My name is Anne, I am the Local Asset co-ordinator for the Bodowyr and Bro Aberffraw area on the Island. 
I began my role in September 2019 as a family & community coordinator across the Island, supporting children & young people then changing to local asset co-ordinator, supporting families and adults.
Within my role as local asset co ordinator I support families and individuals to access their interests within their local communities and across the Island, we work within the social prescribing model, incorporating the 5 ways to wellbeing model encouraging people to connect, be active, take notice, learn new skills and give. We also give great consideration to our own team and their wellbeing, achieving the wellbeing champion in the workplace certificate this year.
We also work collaboratively with other agencies. 
Supporting people to engage with their community, access groups and interests, meeting new people and achieving positive outcomes, having a positive impact on peoples health and wellbeing. 
We are also lucky to have a dedicated team who support each other.
