We are pleased to share the exciting news that Bro Aberffraw Alliance (BAA) is now officially registered as a Community Interest Company (CiC).
This marks an important step forward for our shared work across the Bro Aberffraw electoral ward. As set out in our Articles of Association and Memorandum of Understanding, BAA will operate as a member organisation, and we are now reaching out to invite individuals, community groups and local organisations who share our vision to become part of this new chapter.
The CiC is currently led by a board of five directors, which will soon grow to seven, ensuring representation from communities across the ward — including Aberffraw, the Bodorgan villages, Llangaffo, Niwbwrch (Newborough), and Dwyran.
We would like to warmly invite you to our next Open Meeting, where you can hear more about the CiC, our current priorities, and our plans for the future:
🗓 Monday 8th September
🕡 6.30pm
📍 Canolfan Hen Ysgol Bodorgan
This will be a great opportunity to connect, share ideas, and learn how you or your organisation can get involved in shaping the future of Bro Aberffraw.
If you would like to express interest in becoming a member ahead of the meeting or have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.
We look forward to welcoming you on the 8th and working together for the benefit of our communities.
