My name is Awen Dodd, and I support individuals and families in the Aethwy and Seiriol Ward on Anglesey.
My job is to help people improve their well-being by accessing local activities, groups, resources and opportunities.
I believe it's important for individuals and their families to be equal partners in planning their care and support, ensuring it meets their needs and goals.
The best part of my job is seeing people gain the confidence to achieve their goals and being part of that process.
