Local Asset Coordinator

My name is Veronica and my role as the Local Asset Coordinator (LAC) for the Holyhead and surrounding area includes helping with referrals looking for low level support to link people back into their communities; including social isolation, physical health, lack of confidence or information to improve their situation.

I will identify activities and community services in their area that suits their interests, to help them improve their wellbeing, confidence and independence.

I enjoy meeting new people and helping them to connect back into their communities.
